Become a Safe E-Bike Rider!
A free safety academy for teens and parents — built to prevent head injuries and keep our community riding strong.
An Eagle Scout mission to keep riders safe.
Hi, I'm Bowen, a Scout with Troop 468. After seeing too many local teens injured riding high-speed e-bikes, I built the Community E-Bike Safety Academy as my Eagle Scout Project — a free, evidence-based program created together with the trauma specialists at Washington Hospital.
Every lesson on this site is designed for two people: the teen who rides, and the parent who cares. Together we can stop preventable head injuries.
